All prices listed on our website are in US$ and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through Square and Venmo. Payment must be completed before processing any order. Custom orders require approval before production and may incur a setup fee. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard turnaround time for custom products is 1-2 weeks, though this may vary during peak seasons. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided (if applicable).

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective. Non-Custom Items: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage for resolution. Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

All designs, images, and content on The Teal Lilac website are the property of The Teal Lilac and may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without permission. Custom designs created for customers may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.
